- During High Season and Special Event times, cancellations or amendments are accepted up to a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival date without penalty.
- Cancellations or amendments 7 days or less prior to arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the full booking amount (charged to the credit card), should any of the booking time be re-sold after the first night, the re-sold component will be refunded.
- For dates outside of High Season and Special Event times, cancellations or amendments are accepted up to 48 hours prior to arrival date without penalty.
- Cancellations or amendments 48 hours or less prior to arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the full booking amount unless the time is re-sold.
